Latin Creation Designs will accept returns within 15 days of receipt of item. You will be issued a Return Authorization number. If the item is defective or a mistake has been made, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Returned items will be reviewed and a determination will be made if we are at fault.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval. No returns will be accepted or credited if worn, washed or spoiled. they must return in the same condition they were sent.

Garments may be exchanged for sizing issues. However, customer will incur shipping cost for size exchange. Special order products i.e. custom photo shirts, tumblers, mugs may not be returned.
